Cousin Ben: Do you think EJ's going to grow up to be a democrat?

Dee: I don't know, Ben. Why do you ask?

Cousin Ben: Because he keeps calling me 'Bomb' instead of 'Ben'. Democrats use the word 'bomb'. People in the military use bombs. Do you think EJ's going to be in the military?

Dee: I don't know, what do YOU think?

Cousin Ben: I think he's going to be a general because he's kind of bossy and generals HAVE to be bossy.

Water Bubby

Went swimmin' with the Fam last week. Here I am trying to convince Mama to get out of the way so I could dive into the kiddie pool.

Overseeing my Minions

Here I am overseeing my Mama-minion whom I slave-labor-forced (along with Dada) to lay my Royal Sod in the back yard. The work is finally finished! The Dada-minion finished the border the next day. It looks like this:

Today I learned how to say:

guh-boo = buckle
phooussh = rocket jet engine sound

WATER!

Here I am using greywater from Mommy's New Rain Barrel to water the forsynthia we saved earlier this summer. We BOTH forgot to water the forsynthia ALL winter, but finally started giving it drinkies in May. And now look at it! Mommy is lucky to have such a good little helper like me.

Am I'm confuseded?

Apparently I'm experimenting with my Vocabelly. This morning Mommy asked me if I wanted some blueberries. I signed "yes" with a big smile and then pointed at the refrigerator said, "Bah....dun-dun!" I think I like this better than yesterday's version of 'blueberry'.

While Mommy was getting me some blueberries, I read on the bag that bah...dun-duns are loaded with antioxidants! This makes me especially happy, as I don't like free-radicals floating around in my little system, if I can help it.

2 new words

Yesterday Mommy and Daddy taught me two new words! They are some of my favorite foods.

bah-buhnee = strawberry
boo-hmph-hmpfh = blueberry
